Back cabinet

MDF comes from the largest producer,  “Fenglin Brand”, in China. The design is MDF powdering + veneer process + metal structure. African ebony veneer with clear wood grain is used. Mainly because we select only 40% of a tree core, there is a high loss rate and the veneer is very precious. Environmentally friendly paint from Taiwan Huarun is used, with water as a solvent, to provide good brightness and protection. Moreover, Saosen is the first manufacturer that adopts the MDF powdering technology in China. Formaldehyde emissions from  MDF powdering meet the European E0 standard, with 0 formaldehyde and 0 paint. The MDF powdering technology is also resistant to scratch and wear and is very environmentally friendly.

The legs of the desk are symmetrical “X” shaped steel legs that are perfectly combined with the desktop to take on a beautiful look and support the desktop. The steel legs are powdered through static electricity to prevent rust.

The veneer covering the whole edge is processed with the 45° beveled edge and 90° curved veneer technology, and adopts  great craftsmanship that it is totally beyond the means of any small factory.

The desk surface is equipped with a silver brushed aluminium routing box that is exquisite, beautiful and adaptable for versatile electrical connections. The desk has powerful storage and hidden routing functions. A host cabinet and a file cabinet are provided to meet daily office needs. 

The host cabinet has a spring-back guide rail activated under an external force and can be opened or closed conveniently. Both the desk and the back cabinet use buffer hinges to greatly reduce noises in the office and protect the door panel from being damaged easily, helping create a comfortable and quiet office environment.
